As I’ve started another post or two, I’ll start this with a disclaimer and tell you right here and now that the images below may not be very safe for work!!! Now let’s see who actually takes the time to read what I write before simply scrolling down and viewing images.

So I got a call from Anna one evening and she asked me if we could do a boudoir shoot. The idea was that she wanted to put together some photos and an album for her husband as a little Valentines Day present. Getting the shots done, edited, proofed, and then an album designed and printed in less than a month is no easy task! But after speaking with my album printer we estimated that if everything were to go according to schedule, that it could be done.

Boudoir can refer to several things, however when speaking in terms of photography it’s usually a sensual or bedroom-esque style of a shoot, often using undergarments and being more revealing (hence my warning above). Anna was a bit nervous about doing the shoot, but saw some of my other portraits and wanted to do a shoot of her own.

My assistant and I arrived at her home and we took a little time to look at the location as well as pick out some outfits. Anna had a friends of hers there as well so the four of us worked together to come up the outfit choices and then set out with the photos. While the rest of her gallery is private and you won’t see the usual link to the full gallery, Anna has cleared the below photos to be posted in my blog. You’re welcome to leave your comments as always!!
