Most brides and portrait clients who have worked with me at least once know that I like to do some things differently in my images. This may include taking that brand new wedding dress out on the sand, out in to traffic, or in the case of Elina…into a nice dirty alley. As we walked around downtown Evanston, I saw a lot of great buildings and locations. But we had plenty of nice and artsy shots from the beach just a few minutes before where Elina and Mike were looking nice and sweet together. So here what I scoped out was one of the dirtiest alleys that I had seen but I thought would make for a killer backdrop. In fact in the images you can’t even tell that a rat just ran by and that there are a few busboys from the restaurant having a smoke just a few feet away
